Azure Cloud Services

• Fixed a critical bug that was preventing users from managing their cloud services through Cerulean.
  Please note that managing Cloud Services through Cerulean requires you to install Node.js on your local computer. You can download Node.js from https://nodejs.org/en/download/.

Azure Subscription

• Removed the capability to create new resources (resource groups, cosmos db accounts, redis cache accounts, service bus accounts, search service accounts and storage accounts).

General

• Removed the "free subscription" offer.
